Drain, rinse, and dry chickpeas using a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, red chili pepper, ground black pepper and a pinch salt.
Spread all the ingredients on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Stir once or twice until crisp and golden.
Let it cool on the baking sheet for 50 minutes.
