Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 15 oz black beans
  • 1 cup brown rice cooked

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan then add olive oil.
  • Saute onions and add salt.
  • Add chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the minced garlic, together with the salsa, black beans, and brown rice.
  • Simmer for 5 mins.
