Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon boneless, skinless optional
  • salt optional
  • 1 pinch black pepper grounded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • For Marinade: In a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, honey and sesame oil.
  • Set aside the mixed ingredients.
  • Cut salmon into four pieces and season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
  • Place the salmon pieces in a bowl and pour the marinade over the salmon.
  • Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • For Cooking: Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
  • Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon pieces into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • For 5-10 minutes, brush the salmon top with the marinade.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
