For Marinade: In a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, honey and sesame oil.
Set aside the mixed ingredients.
Cut salmon into four pieces and season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
Place the salmon pieces in a bowl and pour the marinade over the salmon.
Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
For Cooking: Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
Place the salmon pieces into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
For 5-10 minutes, brush the salmon top with the marinade.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
