  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle Sticks


  • 2 cup low fat yogurt unsweetened, plain
  • 1/2 cup strawberry fresh fruit, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kiwi fresh fruit, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peach fresh fruit, sliced


  • Rinse fresh strawberry, kiwi and peach.
  • Cut strawberry, kiwi and peach to roughly 1/4 inch or desired size.
  • Put chopped fruits in a large bowl and lightly mash some of the fruits against the side of the bowl.
  • Add yogurt and fold together. Do not over-stir.
  • Carefully pour into the popsicle mold and freeze for 2 hours until solid.
  • Rinse popsicle mold under hot tap water to loosen the popsicles.
