  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • salt optional
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup carrot diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup apple diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup radish chopped
  • 1 cup arugula chopped
  • 1 cup napa cabbage chopped
  • 1 handful almonds


  • Chop and dice vegetable ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, pour white wine vinegar, olive oil, and honey.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Put the celery, carrot, and bell pepper into the mixture.
  • Mix and let it stand for 10 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Add apple, cucumber, raddish, arugula and napa cabbage.
  • Mix and add a handful of almonds.
